May 25 I ordered by phone a swimming pool. This company took the money from my account on May 29. The order was supposed to be delivered 10-15 business days, needless to say those days came and went and no pool and the only explanation that I received from Pat was that it was pool peak season, well i know this that why i ordered a pool. I kept calling and calling and either Pat was away from his desk or wasnt
in yet or had already left for the day. I would leave my number and never a call, so the next day here we go again. Finally i ask him to just cancel my order and he said there was no way i could cancel and i told him i would just get me a lawyer and his reply was I will fight you till the end. Oh well i got a lawyer and done exactly what he said do. Contacted my bank and had a stop payment done and then Pat said that was against the law (haha) then I was told that he was going to get me for theft. Needless to say I got my money back on a Monday and the stupid pool was delivered on that Tuesday by fed ex, noone home to check the order or sign for it, i called and had them to come and pick it back up on that Thursday and there is no way everything was in those boxes. Anyway I have my money and they have there pool. And I am happy and will never order from this company ever again. Total liars, scammers and never order from this company...
