Cancun Boat Show
November of I put a down payment 0f $102,000 on a Maxun 2004 Boat. The boat was to be delivered January 0f 2004. I never recieved the boat of my money

My name is Francisco, I'm writing asking for help, with a problemI have in Cancun, Mexico.in November I went to buy a boat at a boatsales called The Cancun Boat Show. I talked to the salesman who was Fausto Rodriguez Carreno and we looked through a catalogue, I picked out a boat 0f 29feet 10 inches. The price of the boat was $109,00, I gave a down payment of $102,000. The contract says when I return with the balance of $7,000 they will turn the boat over to me. Tjis took place in January. From then on I was told further dates of I was going to recieve my boat.

Finally in June after months of deception and lies I hired a lawyer for $8,000. He has done nothing to help me. I have talked to people here in Colorado and no one seems to be able to help me. When I purchased the boat I had no doubts in the transactions.

My dreams of retiring in Mexico are now over. I have no money left to retire on. Being 63 it is very hard to make a livingfor myself. Please keep in my that I sold my home to try and make my dreams come true. I am pleading for assistance to resolve this depressing situation.
