Called and payed specific bills using this information and recieved confirmation numbers and the payments went thru and reflected 0.00 balance... I did this with several different bills that i had totally an amount of approximately 500.00 dollars... Now as i research information on this and see and hear that this is a scam. How is this going to reflect as far as my bill and the security of my identity that is no longer... Not quite understanding how this scam works to the benefit of the scam artist doing this... Some elaborating would be great.
