HCG platinum.
I purchased a 14 day trial of the diet drops which arrived to my home I tried them and followe the strict diet but decided to cancel like advised within 14 days to cut all ties meaning I would no longer receive anything else and account would be cancelled. To cancel you had to call the company on 08081899651 the telephone barely gets answered and during my trial I was unable to cancel as they did not answer just played continuous awful music down the phone. Two weeks later I received a larger bottle in the post and 89.95 was taken from my account.
I spoke with my bank as again I couldn't get through the HCG and they said they are due to take out 127.99 in three weeks time so they put a stop to it immediately as the company did not have my permission.
This is a scam.
Finally getting though on the phone the companies staff are extremely rude and have no customer service skills what so Ever
.
I asked for a refund they said I would get one but only a percentage for stacking charges!???
I was supposed to receive a refund and an email and have received neither.
