Fountain Valley Totally fraudulent! Items are grossly misrepresented and depicted and have no real value. I seriouly doubt they have any real affiliation with any actual law enforcement entity

I admit I openly bid on items of gold and silver and in good faith purchased the items won; however, once received it didn't take but a second to realize I had been duped and at an absorbent amount of money. This Company is being allowed to operate unchecked and fraudulently, riping off unsuspecting consumers at large amounts without conscience. And when trying the contact the Company to exercise their susposed return policy you can never reach anyone in their customer support activity much less anyone else. This is nothing more then an open criminal enterprise. They claim the property sold are law enforcement and government seize items but when you try to establish such affiliation you get no where. Not only this but you also are charge $7.96 on every items purchased and if returned (which seems to be imposable) your also charged a 15% restocking fee.
