Served in april in the wrong venue.
Let them know, then received a 'motion to change venue'
form with a case # from the wrong venue.
Phoned them to make a settlement, they sent more forms
and stipulation for a post judgment, but i'm paying the
amount requested so why would they do this.
Received yet another form titled a notice in for a court date
finally in the correct county/venue, like they ignored the
settlement all together. To say the least these people are
just a little strange and continue to try hard to make matters worse.
