While working at the Bright Ideas Day Care Center, There was activity going on that I felt was unfair.

They would work me overtime and not pay me. They changed my hours and did not notify me until I got to work. They allowed an employee to harrass me along with another employee and also let that individual change my time card.

I was sick with asthma and the director called me on the phone and told me I was fired, they knew I had been taken by ambulance to the hospital the day before this.

They asked me back after the owner was called and asked to meet about the employee, (who was the assistant director) was informed that she was responsible for the Director firing me.

They also would move me out of the room that I had been told that I was over whenever they hired someone else.
