Asheville country day owner/director abuses the children

I'm a former worker only at that child care centre. I quit there since the operator/representative is violent towards the kids in addition to the workers.

I've experienced firsthand her actually taking, slamming, getting, & jerking the kids at numerous occasions. Only recently she got a young child from the jaw-line selected him up and condemned him on his mattress, and stated "not proceed!" You can below the kid yelling through the whole middle.

another event that I've observed is on Jan. 4 a young child that's a tough time deciding at nap-time, therefore the representative/operator pressed her along on her behalf pad and kept her along and stated "do not transfer a mussle." Nicely whilst the kid set there for some time she mentioned in my experience that she had a need to visit the toilet. I allow her up-to visit the toilet and also the representative got her from the supply and condemned her once more and informed her she is not likely to the toilet and never to maneuver. After which she discusses me and stated "don't allow them handle you". Well nonetheless the kid had a collision like I realized she'd. I actually donot believe that creating a kid or person avoid likely to the toilet is any type of consequence, it's simply mean and neglect.

I've also observed additional events of the lady performing physically violent to these kids.

She's also really violent towards the workers! She simply condemned a seat at me today
