Ii would like you to know how dissapointed i am in jetblue. Ive been using jetblue for as many as 15 years. I fly quite a few times yearly. I had a planned vacation in las vega on 7/4 to 7/7 unfortunately i had to return home due to my husband getting ill. I was charged over 700 dollars which was the 100 per person for changing the date being that i had to fly home on 7/5 plus the difference in flight price. I need to know how a person can go away and not have to worry about emergencies. Had i not returned home i could of had major problems i just need to know how this works.
