I ordered Zumba videos on my card and received damaged goods. After I shipped them back, they never reimbursed me or replaced the video. It was a 4 pack and 1 of the 4 was damaged. I returned all 4 videos and never got my money back. I tried fruitlessly to get reimbursement, they never even returned my messages, letters, etc.
