I was repeatedly contact by a man named L. Norman from this Washington D.C. Number. He said I was approved for $1500-5000 but would need me to either get a Green Dot card and call him back with the number on the back or send money to someone named Ronald Allen in India. Be very careful if someone requests money to give you a loan and especially if it is going out of country.
