First Point Loans - James Green - Alex Cole
I was left a message on my voice mail that said I had been approved for a $5000. Loan and to call for terms and conditions. The condition was that I send them $930 for the first six month payment

A couple weeks ago, a man named Alex Cole left a message on my answering machine saying he was calling about the online application I had filled out asking for a $5000. Loan. Said I should call to hear the terms and conditions. I called him and he said I had been approved for a $5000. Loan. But they would need the first six month payments of $930.

At first I told him I didn't have that kind of money. Then I thought maybe I could get some pay day loans and then pay them back out of the $5000. Well, I ended up using payday loans and all my food and bill money to scrape up the $930. I was planning to make a down payment on a badly needed car, get caught up on some bills and have a nice Christmas for my two children. We had really been struggling since their Daddy died two years ago. This was the break I had been needing and we were all so happy.

I wired the $930 as Alex Cole instructed to a Woman named Julie Birch in Canada. I called him back and he said he then needed a photo copy of my drivers license and a voided check. He gave me a fax number. I did as he asked and called him back again. He said the money would be deposited in my bank acct the following day. We waited till around 2:00 pm the next day. No Money. I called him and ask when it woud be here. He said in a surprised voice, " You mean it 's not there yet?" He then transferred me to a man named James Green. He informed me that a mistake had been made in the processing of the application or something to that effect and they would need an additional $930. To give me the loan.

I imediately got very upset. I told him about the payday loans and the bill money. He very coldly suggested that I beg, borrow or steal to get the additional $930. I told him I had given him every penny I had and demanded that he wire my $930. Back to me imediately. He said it doesn't work that way. He said he would send it to me on Dec 14 and I would get it Dec, 15. Well, it's Dec, 19 and I've received nothing.

All I got outof this cruel deal was a mountain of bills with no way to pay them. I tried to call them when the money didn't come. All I got was a recording saying, " This acct has been temporarily put on hold. Please contact customer service." I have no one to help me.

I don't know what I will do for food or rent. I am devestated. My children don't even have Christmas presents to look forward to. I guess these crooks will be having a Merry Christmas. I still have the Money Gram receipt from when I faxed the $930. On Dec, 3. The fax # is 888-910-3210
