This complaint is very similar to others I have just read regarding Arize Financial Group. This is a very fast-talking group of thugs. They sound incredibly convincing, and they make their case very well. But BEWARE! This is a scam. They actually convinced me to stop paying my mortgage on time and oddly, the fee they charged was EXACTLY my mortgage payment. I had given them permission to take out $1500.00 from my account before I smelled a rat, and when I tried to get it back and back out of my agreement, they refused. As far as I can tell, it is NEVER a good idea to fall behind on mortgage payments if you can help it. They sound VERY legit, so they are particularly dangerous.
