Boingo's business is to overcharge extra months past the - Boingo wirelsss

I subscribed to Boingo in Chicago Airport because it offered the service and that it would work everywhere. Unfortunately I flew to Boise, Idaho Airport, and expecting to be able to use it to find hotel reservations and to my surprise, Boingo does not have presence in that airport. Then I decided to cancel the service 2 weeks after contracting, and all I got was the Voice Mail maze, and never to a human being. I succeeded in cancelling the service but a couple of months later I found out that I had been charged extra months past the first that I paid for. They apologized and only refunded 1 month. So, they made business out of my second month. The customer service rejected my request to totally cancel the service and offered to keep it active in case I needed it in the future, for which I did not accept. Their goal was to re-charge for a new month in case any of my devices accidentally re-connected and used Boingo, for which I uninstalled Boingo software from every single device. NOT HAPPY with Boingo, and would not recommend it to anyone.
