Downed phone wires - AT&T service cente

I have had downed wires in my driveway for 2 days, the wires are also draped over the
garage in my neighbors yard. I have spent a half hour on the phone 3 different times for two days, was told they were scheduled for 8 last night and they never showed. The call center cannot locate my town, which is not surprising since the call center is located many many states away. I am very thankful that there are options now that this horrible company has had its monopoly broken. They were just as bad when they were bigger.
