Backblaze screwed up bigtime, lost lots of data with no recourse - Backblaze

My computer was stolen. Since I had paid Backblaze for over a year to back up my data online, I counted on the company to honor their commitment. Alas and alack, Backblaze saved only a small portion of my dаta: picture and music folders and less consequential things. Unbelievably, they lost thousands of my business documents which were irreplaceable, setting me back years of labor. They were in file folders on the desktop, but Backblaze cannot locate them when needed. My ticket number is #25245. Don't ever, ever trust Backblaze to keep your data - extremely dissatisfied customer.
