Terrible Service

Worst company ever. I will never use them again, no matter how great the price is. Had to call multiple times before a receipt was sent to me, even though I had already been charged a large amount of $ for 5 appliances purchased. The salesman I worked with was rude and obviously did not want to help me. I had to call back once I finally received my receipt because delivery to a 2nd floor was not paid for. The delivery company they use is worse than their company. The delivery men refused to deliver my appliances, even though I pre-paid for 2nd floor delivery because they needed a 3rd man (they had 3 men but one was considered a "driver). After being on the phone with Appliances Connection customer service and the delivery company for over an hour, while the delivery men sat in their truck and complained about the stairs and having to work on a Friday, Appliances Connection closed and I could no longer speak to anyone. I received a voicemail saying it would be an additional charge and the appliances could be delivered the following week. We decided to not have them deliver and we would do it ourselves. I called back on Monday, once they were open again, and spoke to someone who made me submit a written claim for review, after 48 hours and no response I called back and was told by another person that there was no reason to submit a written claim, no one was going to do anything about it and I just needed to talk to someone who would actually help me. Finally the last person refunded all my delivery money, however the amount refunded was not worth the headache. If you are purchasing appliances, use another company, do not waste your time.
