I bought HP Envy Quad core for $1200 and the within 1st week the Keyboard did not work, they I ordered new one. This time there is another problem, the computer boots automatically even the laptop is closed. HP received the laptop on 7/6 and the rep told me it will take j10 days to fix it, but when I check it was showing as 7/31, which is 25 days. During this time I will be pout of the computer for 25 days. This is the second issue arising from the same model. I don't know why they are making cheap quality products in an expensive machine, which eventually comparing with Apple Macbook. Well atleast a good thing, as I just canceled PO for lot of laptops and servers from HP.
