Great Value/Fat-free Half and Half—1 quart

I have been purchasing this item for sometime—the price started out at $1.28 then increased to $1.48 now it has been increased to $1.98. This increase to $. 50 higher is within one year. That means at one gallon I would be paying almost $8.00. This is not the only item that Walmart has increased by nearly $. 50. What about all those ROLLBACK prices.
