Grace at Lowes Lady Lake Florida - Black & Decker 18Volt Cordless Drill

Needed a drill and the store was about to close. While getting mean looks from nearly every worker in the store, we walked over to the drills. A worker by the name of Grace came over and helped us (happily) for at least 15 minutes after stated closing time. Went to the register with almost $300 dollars worth of merchandise. The employee at the register didn't speak one word to us. Not sure why people are so anxious over 15 minutes, but Grace sure wasn't. Customer satisfaction was her number one priority.
