Water Heater - water heate

My water heater failed and I called Colonial They assigned a repair plumber, who did not contact me, I called themand they explained that my residence was not in their service area. I called Colonial and asked for another s They urged me to call my own plumber. I resisted, They gave me another plumber, the same story - they did not service my area. Colonial further urged me to call my own plumber. I did, he was at my home in 45 minites. We had to call Colonial for an autherization. My plumber was on hold for an hour and a half (billable time). After autherization, the water heater was promptly replaced. Colonial has offered me half of the repair cost. Many calls, run around, hours on hold, failed emails they deny the claim now.
