To whom this may concern,
On the third day of July, I was introduce to Mr. William M. Wallace. We made an agreement, to make a money transaction, towards a flat screen TV. The amount was 26.00 dollars and 4.99 was required to receive the merchandise, on July 5; between the hours of 9 am and 12:00 noon. But, what was so disappointing, was, we agreed to do, he did not follow through on his term. This is the reason why, I am submitting this letter, to warn and, to prevent, this from happening again, and to anyone else.
