United Inc Relocation Rental Services (1-612-284-7011 or 1-602-501-6641, Lisa) has a listing on Craigslist for 1-5 bedroom apartments. They say they are privately owned apartments and there is a retainer fee of $350. It is to hold the apartment for you and it is so you are able to view the apartment and retain all information on this property. I was told to go to Walmart, purchase a moneypak and put the $350 on it. I did and the total came to $354.64, I still have the receipt. Once that was done, she e-mailed me a receipt and written agreement and then I was told to give her the pin on the back of the card. Once that was done, she said we would be contacted within 15 minutes by the Property Manager. We never were. I have tried and tried numerous times to get a hold of them but, no one ever answers. I have also sent e-mails but, no response there either. I am having a baby here in September, I do not need this kind of stress and we are not able to be in this kind of situation right now. We don't have the time/money for this kind of game. I want my money back! Now!
