Club Luichi is a scam ran by Luis Chang. He claims to own a multi-million dollar company that offers online shopping products from unnamed global manufacturers, but likely this is a con or Ponzi.

Club Luichi cheats its customers and vendors. They are preying on people that want to buy high-end products, but so far all that offered are promises and BS. Chang has no problem with lining his pockets with the fees from the shoppers in various cities.

Since Chang brags that Club Luichi engages in "international commerce, " the matter has been referred to federal and national law enforcement authorities.indictments may be pending for tax and securities fraud.
