Requseted refund of recent purcase of mac book pro within the cooling off period from distance sales act. And the trader refused because I used app store from it. Which does not make a sense as I have account for app store from other apple products like iphone and ipad.

I would not recommend to anyonea. Delivery date was not kept and moved once without providing explanation. Delivery waiting time is ridiculous long compared to other traders.

Not trustworthy trader.

When you call thme automated accouncement saying that you should contact them via only email. That is the only way to contact them.

Communication is also bad.

I might have to take this case to the court and am hoping that no more vitims can be created.
