My credit card number that was used by this 'company' was brand new! This card has never been swiped or entered in online. I used it for only 2 companies. Comcast & Western Union. I have called both of their fraud divisions. Either their records have been compromised, or somone working for one of these companies is stealing numbers. If anyone else has used these companies (remember, many power & gas companies use Western Union when you pay your bill by phone) - call the company and let them know. Let your credit card company know the link and your police department. Yes... It's only a few dollars taken, but these people could be making millions off of these little charges here and there.

When I called mallofaction 'customer service' to question this charge... The girl (who is always the same girl who answers) knew my full name. And my phones are both in my husband's name, so it wasn't a caller ID thing. My bank at first said some times people just guess at random numbers... But when I told my bank that the girl mentioned my name... She said 'thats was a little scary'. Bottom line is all of us who have been scammed by this place have to have something in common. The only thing I have ever done with this particular credit card was pay my comcast and utilitiy bills over the phone, & my power & gas happen to use Western Union. So... If this is the case with you too... Let the authorities know so they can find these criminals.

Do not use this business! Made an online money transfer and was charged 3 times! You call their customer service and they pretent to know nothing. So, they take your money.in this case... 3 times!
