Big ripoff scam

Unknowingly, I was charged 96.00 for a shopping membership.
Apparently, this company buys credit card information from other companies that you have made legitimate purchases from (in this case, it was from the Great North American Slimdown).
I researched and found them to have an unsatisfactory record with the BBB of the Southland. They said I authorized this charge during a phone call.
That never happened as I NEVER speak to telemarketers. They are also known as Shopping Deals, and Promenade Communications, LLC.
Their Bureau ID number is 13126317. Apparently, they are not novices to the scamming game.
From their BBB record, many people have experienced the exact same dilemna.
