Promenade Credit Card Rip-off Scam

I, too had an unauthorized $96 debit on my VISA bill in August. All I know about this company is the '888' phone number.
I spoke to them in August, and again in September. During both calls, I was given a trace # for the credit 'that would be processed on an expedited basis.' I have yet to receive it.
How do you get these people to credit these unauthorized charges?
