OCTRetail I believe is a scam. They have no email address and when I called it sounded like he worked in a takeout window. He had an Arabic or East Indian type accent and he refused to give me any information clarifying the legitamacy and trurtworthyness of the company (shrug) I wanted to order a couple dozen boxes of the Glad flexi-straws for my husband's handicap "Sippy Cup" because that just fit the special drinking valve and none spill lid hole. OCT advertised this straw online for $17.00 so I asked the guy how many boxes do I get for the $17.00?? He said he did not know and to go ahead and order and then he would know. I said why don't you look it up and call me back with the information? He said he did not want my business and hung up:-) When I have ordered from a USA website the Glad box of 40 straws usually retails under for $3.00 but the cost of postal costs 3 times more than what the product is worth:- (I wish Glad Canada would carry the Glad Flexi-straw to distribute to Canadian retailers.
