They want me to send 20.00 with the Form B-41 for a validation fee and they will give me information about a prize i won in the amount of $2,274.000.00. I recieved the letter in the mail. It states that I am a guaranteed winner. I have an I. D number 40003854324. It says statement of authorization and release then it tells you to initial and send check money order or you can even send cash payable to irg. This sent up a red flag no one says send cash through the mail if they are a honest company.
