This company cold called us about a time share purchase. They said there would be no upfront costs. They set us up with another company, NorthSouthTitle out of Iowa, who were to be our Escrow agents. Shortly thereafter after all the docs were signed, they said they needed $2050.00 international setup fee. We were stupid enough to believe them. Sent them the money, and now both numbers and offices appear to be gone. Please help.
