Did not order a shipment and yet one was shipped and received by me on June 29. The ship date on the invoice was 6/26. When I tried to call to get a RMA to return the product, an automated message said that the number that I dialed was invalid. I have no way to return the product as the invoice says that I must have the RMA to do it.
