I rented with them two years ago. The manager, Bridget, looked me in the eye as I was asking her about move out and told me I did not have to repair nail holes in the drywall because they had to repaint due to the special paint scheme. I had already bought hole repair stuff but since she told me not to I didn't. I later received a bill for $580.00. For holes. It was her way of getting me to pay additional fees. Two years later I am being harassed by collection agencies.

I paid my rent on time. I was a good tenant. This is how I am repaid. Since then I get all promises via email. Bridgett and people like her cannot be trusted. It is the principle of the matter.

Do not rent here. They will lie and charge you whatever they want, the place is old and in disrepair. The stairs are concrete and crumbling. Families with children beware.

I'll keep fighting and have filed a dispute with the credit agencies.

Do not rent here. There are newer p, aces in the area with honest management.
