0n 6/04 2012 best us financial charge me $3.86 for access to government grants wth a guarantee to recieve an application. Best us financial failed to provide financial aide application. Trying i could not gain access to web site without paying $25.00 which is not mentioned in initial conversation. I never gained access to website holding applcations for financial aide, but Best us financial charged my account $59.96 on 6/26 never produced original document ie application and offerered no service that was agreed upon.
