Groupon offers are cheap for a reason

Who would turn down a Groupon offer of just £29 for two rooms and a hall or stairs/landing carpets to be cleaned by a professional company?

A totally disorganised waste of time. The representative was new and didn't know anything about the machine or the chemicals needed. He was over 2 hours late and eventually gave up (at my suggestion) and left the place about the same as it was when he arrived.

I suspect I will have a battle on my hands to get my £29 back, but I shall battle it out on principle - as this experience could not have been worse (or a bigger waste of time).

So many people took up this offer that the company clearly could not cope. I just hope that consumers are not all total walk-overs and let them get away with it. Whether it be £29 or £129, the job should be done properly. These people totally wasted my time.

Groupon - don't let these people advertise other offers with you if they're not up to the job!
