I have ordered from this business in around Novem, ber and was told "Wizard Wood Wands
Greetings,
The crafting time for custom wands is 3-4 weeks. I am a bit overloaded with order at the moment. As soon as your wand is ready to ship, you will receive an email from Paypal with your tracking number. I do have a question about your design. The end design of the handle appears to be hollowed – I cannot craft this type of woodworking as I do not have the machinery. I can mimic the banding look with a wood burner, however it will not be hollow, just a pattern. Please let me know if you would like to reword your design.

After which Iwas talking to the person and was told he was 200 behind and would send our the product as soon as he got caught up so almost 9 months pass by which leads me to where i am at now. Currently i have sent 3 emails a week apart and never got a reply. Back when i orderedthe item i was charged to my card and received this
