My daughters account is being charged 14.95 per month for un-autorized charges.
She's out to sea in the us navy. When I contacted her about several different charges that are coming out of her account she has no idea what any of them are, and that she has not authorized anyone to take money out directly.
Since I have full power of attorney I'm trying to get this all taken care of but running into a bunch of brick walls. I have not been able to get any phone numbers or addresses or email addresses for this company
