Ripoff of funds from checking account Chicago Believably

Upon asking for acceptance into a group to buy cigarettes for a cheaper price I was then given a membership charge of about $15.00. However the delivery took about 3 weeks and i was wondering if the company would follow through. Then then the next month i was deducted the same membership fee, but I didn't want to order the cigarettes again because it took so long to deliver them, the first time.

Now I look back and realize that this idiot has my card number and charges me monthly under the bank statement of John Trader with a reference number. I tried to email him whereas I had moved and lost some of my notes along the way including my membership number but tried to email this company anyway. Now I wait for the next deduction. Anyway tis a lesson to learn i guess or so it seems.
