I charged my phone over night. On sunday morning i texted my husband and it didnt go through so i texted again. Same problem. I got home and called from a land line and they were closed on the website they said they were open 7 days a week. So i figured since it was Fathers day i will wait til Monday. So i waited. I was on hold FOREVER like a hour or so waiting so i got mad and hung up i called back a hour later i was on hold for 20 minutes FINALLY got someone. But they got me mad because they said they "accidently" disconnected my number. When i finally got my phone up and running i had NO minutes so i made another complaint. I am very upset. Then this sunday june 24 they said i supposedly made a 9.00 and something picture message. I NEVER EVER did such a thing. I need a new phone because the one i have is not working properly. Can i please get some help in regarding this. I am not the only one having problems with this company.
