I was contacted by someone named Jackie and referred to HighGradeIncome.com site. I invested the said amount in a 30-day (11% ROI) account. I was assured by Admin that all would work well. After contract expired, I contacted Admin. Admin ignored my many requests for release of funds ($30,332.29). I contacted PayPal who I funded my account through. Admin contacted me guarenteeing me that if I closed dispute within 48 hours my funds would be deposited. PayPal advised me that HGI had advised them that they sent me an electronic submission but provided no tracking number. PayPal advised me that in these type of cases, HGI would prevail, being PayPal does not protect you against these types of investment opportunities. Factly, these opportunities through them are prohibited. I released the claim after the Admin guarenteed me in writing. It has now been over a week. The Admin (Clive Henderson) has not responded and he has blocked my access to the site. Their domain name is through GoDaddy prohibiting me from seeing who is the direct owner. I would appreciate any help and assistance in making the public aware. Thank you.
