Do not do business with these people.

They are practicing real estate illegally. They charge you money for information that will not get you a rental. They are not just shady they are ripping off people by selling them hope in finding you a place to rent. The information they provide is outdated and not properties that they have no right to represent.

They post blind adds all over Craigslist and sucker you into paying for the information. They pray on people in need and they are fully aware of how illegal their business practices are.

They refuse to provide you with any information about who is running the show.

If you have had business with them and were burnt then you really need to file a complaint with the Department of Real Estate.

I am not 100% sure but I believe that Success 4 Rent are the same people as the people in this Scam complaint
