I've read a number of complaints about Retoxor this evening and I'm not surprised. They're obviously a slimy telemarketing outfit run by a pathetic loser. Much like timeshare salesmen, this company is after a quick dollar, has no scruples, and is easy to find. Anyhow, this is where they are (all found easily on google - take 10 minutes and check my work):
According to the BBB they are a Delaware LLC which operates under the name Restored Horizons. Restored Horizons is qualified by United States Corporate Agents Inc., which is qualified by a toupee wearing geek, Chuck Boyce. All entities share the same address: 1521 Concord Pike, Delaware, which appears to be a virtual office. Not surprisingly, Mr. Boyce also has a website, "BreakingFreeBlog.com", that has the same address and a cheesy telemarketing video. I'm about 90% certain that this is the man who stole your money and annoys (though Im not 100%). That said, Google him and you will find his FB, Twitter, etc. He's telemarketing scum... So this seems right. If you really want to find out if this is him, he's probably in Pennsylvania and likely has some type of telemarketing registration or license there.
If his company calls me again, I will be contacting him. Constantly. I recommend that others who've had it with his company just have fun with it. He's put himself out there.
