I was so impressed by the TV presentation that I ordered 2 sets. I hoped to send one to myself and the other to somebody else. Not such choice. Fortunately I opted out of next day delivey which would have cost me another $10.99.

First time I used it, it worked. But after that everthing stuck almost worse than the regular teflon pans. Eventually I had to really scrub the pan to make it clean and even then it left a change of color.

I think that the TV add was extremely deceiving and misleading. I would have never bought it but for that add. They would refund the cost of the pan (19.99) but would not the S&H. It would cost me 15.98 plus what I would have to pay to ship the stuff back, may be another $8.00, $24.00 to recover 19.99. I think they should refund the money because of the blatantly misleading advertisment.
