Health care services, is the worst company. They constantly threaten the long term employees (the ones hired in before) They hire people with no experience and do no to little (very minimal) training. They constantly make up policies as they go, and will not show the employee handbook to us. They threaten to fire for a time punch infraction, yet they let the lazy employees get away with not doing their work. Our facility has never smelled as bad as it does since they came in, we have never had so many family complaints. The supervisor sits in the office for 8 hours and does not check the work, except those of the long term employees, so that they can try to get rid of them. Our facility is filthy. The reason the company makes money, is because the workers (the ones that do work) do not have the supplies they need. We are always running out of paper towels, toilet paper... Etc. Let alone the cleaning supplies. And we have never had so many families compaints about lost personal clothing. The only time you see the supervisor is when his supervisor comes in and gives an Oscar performance.

This company sucks... Beware. If they come to your facility... Turn them away immediately.
