Customer ordered Ultrasone EDITION8-PALLADIUM set of headphones. We got a written affidavit from the customer and proof that it was delivered to the customers home and signed for by the customer. We also got a copy of the front and back of the credit card and the customer still issued a chargeback. This person is a FRAUD and has hit us twice. Please do not sell to this person. We will be perusing legal action against them.
