I booked a hotel room for two nights and when I called the hotel directly with a question they had no record of the second night being booked, I called the 1-800 number for the company and cancelled the reservation but they haven't refunded my and said MY BANK can take up to 30 days for the refund!!! The emails I received in response to my complaint from this company had multiple typos and were very unprofessional. I worry this site is a scam!!
