One year ago i paid CNC 3,000 to sell or rent my cancun, mx timeshare. The agreement i signed said that the 3,000 would be refunded if the property was not sold or rented in 1 yr. It was not sold or rented within the 1 yr. Time frame. I sent a letter requesting the 3,000 refund and it was returned undeliverable and the phone number is also no longer good. Letter was sent to 5601 powerline rd., ste. 207, fort lauderdale, fl 33309 (that is the address original correspondence was sent to). Phone number i had was 877-327-8033. Phone number above is also not good for CNC Timeshares. Have not tried contacting them at above address. Does anyone know there current address and working telephone number?
