False advertising. Company advertises free shipping, when it is really $9.00 for Canadian orders. The company also fails to tell the customers upon signing up that you get charged $39.95 every month. The very first order I have received from this company the shoes were unwearable and in a vey bad state in which hurt my feet there were loose pieces and sharp edges. I had to pay for international shipping to return the shoes. This was in March. Now, (june 18th) I had ordered a pair of shoes through a person at their call centre. I specifically said I wanted to order a shoe in cobalt blue and its been sent to me in Red. Now I have to return them again and wait for the right pair to come to my door. This is extremely frustrating.
