I ordered a pair of shoes from 2012pumps.com. I received these shoes but they were badly damaged in the shipping. Their website says that they will ship again at their cost if they are subject to damage or they are not what you ordered. I emailed them the same night that i received the damaged goods, then again 2 days after that and finally 2 days after that giving them all if the information that they asked for regarding the return. I have heard nothing. I am speaking with my cc company to recind the payment.
