States his mother was ill, then died. Needed money to pay expenses. Was not happy to receive so little, but was lucky to get what was sent. Has picture on Facebook, was introduced to me by a friend of mine. Was nice then began to try to insult and belittle me. He tried to contact my FB female friends until I caught on and blocked him from my pageand sent warning to my friends. He also uses dturcotte81@yahoo.com. Used name Turcottebutit changed to Offei when funds were sent.
